At Columbia Publication, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to discontinue or request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with industry standards for digital and professional services.
By engaging our services and submitting payment, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Because our work involves personalized and creative deliverables, refunds are assessed carefully and approved on a case-by-case basis.
If you decide to discontinue our services while your project is still in progress, we will refund the unused portion of your payment on a pro-rata basis.
Refund requests for payments made 90 days or more prior to the request date are not eligible for a partial or full refund, regardless of the project’s status (active, on hold, or completed).
Prepaid or long-term plans billed in advance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis in the event of early cancellation. Refunds are calculated based on the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate of services already rendered.

If you purchase a 12-month plan worth $1,000 per month ($12,000 total) but pay $8,040 upfront after a discount, and cancel after 6 months:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
If you believe you are entitled to a complete refund due to a billing error, service issue, or dissatisfaction, please contact our support team at support@columbiapublication.com. Our finance team will review your request within 7 business days and provide a written response.
Before initiating a dispute or chargeback through your bank or card provider, please contact our support team to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

We guarantee the delivery of the agreed publishing and creative services unless prevented by circumstances beyond our control (such as copyright disputes, legal restrictions, or platform-specific limitations).
Please note that we do not guarantee sales, rankings, or specific results following delivery, as these depend on third-party factors.
Columbia Publication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
