If you decide to discontinue our services while your project is still in progress, we will refund the unused portion of your payment on a pro-rata basis.
Refund requests for payments made 90 days or more prior to the request date are not eligible for a partial or full refund, regardless of the project’s status (active, on hold, or completed).
Prepaid or long-term plans billed in advance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis in the event of early cancellation. Refunds are calculated based on the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate of services already rendered.

Columbia Publication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
